whenever Link falls off a cliff in OoT and takes damage, he says "Ite" which is Japanese for "Ouch"

Link swears in Ocarina if you take fall damage.
→（大人リンクの）時オカの落下ダメージは最後のところshitに聞こえるらしい。

When you take damage in WW he says "ita-ta-ta-ta-ta" it's from itai which means ouch/painful in Japanese.
Repeating the last syllable is just more colloquial.
→風タクのダメージを受けると「いたたたた」という日本語を言う。
（多分感電したときの話だろう）
