Well, when you run a pv with a gloomy socially awkward magical girl otaku, hex maniac type mc getting a magical girl transformation into a villainess with nothing on her top but pointy star pasties, there's no wonder it explodes lol
Also, weird it isn't a popular manga either, the art's great, and for what it is (ecchi mahou shojo battle manga) its pretty well made... Then again, you lie, non popular mangas don't even GET anime adaptations so it must have been at least somewhat well known.
